BING Maps and Key (...and not Token)

Microsoft has indicated to us that using a Key (as opposed to a token) is the best way of identifying our application when using Bing maps.

Is this possible with the Simplovation control?

Thanks,

I'm interested too... MSDN says that you have to use VEMap.SetCredentials() in order to specify the usage key that Bing provides. I did not find anything like that in Simplovation.
How are we supposed to use bing's enterprise licenses, please?

Yes, if there are any details on this I would like to know as well.  Thanks!

Re:BING Maps and Key (...and not Token)

Sorry for the long delay. I am currently working on an update to Web.Maps.VE v3 that will include support for Bing Maps Keys. The update will be released within the next couple days.

The v3.1 update will add a "BingKey" property to the Map control. Just set this property value to your Bing Maps Key, and the Map will use it for service authentication.
